Privacy Policy

This is a working-draft policy reflecting how the public marketing site currently operates. Aski IQ has not yet launched commercially. This page will be re-issued with full counsel review before the first paying contracts are signed.

1. Who we are

Aski IQ provides an operational platform for industrial and construction contractors. This Privacy Policy applies to www.askiiq.com — our public marketing site — and to the demo and pilot intake forms that page hosts.

If you become a customer or pilot participant, additional terms covering the product itself, your team’s account data, and any data we process on your behalf will be issued separately under a Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Addendum.

2. Information we collect

The marketing site collects only what you knowingly provide:

  • Form submissions: name, company, email, phone, company size, and the operational challenge you describe.
  • Operational telemetry: standard server-side request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamps) retained for security, abuse prevention, and uptime monitoring.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers, do not sell personal information, and do not place advertising cookies.

3. How we use it

Submitted information is used to:

  • Contact you to schedule a demo or pilot conversation.
  • Understand the operational problem you described so the demo is relevant to your team.
  • Maintain a record of inbound inquiries for follow-up.

4. Where it’s stored

Pilot and demo intake records are stored in a hosted PostgreSQL database operated by Supabase, in the US (us-east-1 region). The marketing site itself is hosted by Vercel.

Access is restricted to authorized Aski IQ team members. We use row-level security and service-role access controls so that inbound submissions are never readable by anonymous visitors.

5. Retention

Marketing inquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from last contact, after which they are deleted unless you have become a customer or pilot participant (in which case the relevant agreement governs retention).

6. Your choices

You can, at any time:

  • Ask us what we have on file about you.
  • Ask us to correct it.
  • Ask us to delete it.

Email privacy@askiiq.com and we’ll handle it within 30 days.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our product matures and as regulatory obligations evolve. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated effective date.
