The Aski IQ marketing site exists to describe our platform, collect demo and pilot inquiries, and share company information. It is not the Aski IQ product itself, does not require login, and does not process operational data.

When you submit information through any form on this site (for example, the demo or pilot intake form):

• You represent that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to share it on your company’s behalf.
• You authorize Aski IQ to contact you about the inquiry, normally by email or phone.
• You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

The Aski IQ name, logo, design system, copy, dashboard visualizations, and operational workflow diagrams shown on this site are the intellectual property of Aski IQ. You are welcome to reference Aski IQ in articles, social posts, or research, but please do not copy substantial portions of the marketing design system or copy without permission.

This site is provided on an "as is" basis. We do our best to keep it accurate and online, but we don't warrant that everything is current, complete, or available at all times. Statements about the Aski IQ product on this site are descriptive, not contractual — what we commit to is governed by your MSA when you become a customer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aski IQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this marketing site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be brought in the courts located there.

We may update these Terms as the site and product evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
